Bologna coach Vincenzo Italiano hailed his side’s historic performance after they reached the Coppa Italia semi-finals for the first time in 26 years.
Bologna have struggled in the Champions League, crashing out of the league phase with just one win in eight games.
However, their confidence was boosted by a 1-0 win at Atalanta in the quarter-finals of the Coppa Italia on Tuesday.

Bologna will face the winner of the Feb. 26 quarter-final between Juventus and Empoli in the semis.
